Photo Release and Waiver for Livingston's Way - Future Wavemakers I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Livingston's Way - Future Wavemakers and its programs to take and use photographs, video, or other recordings of my child during the beach clean-up event taking place in Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday, November 15. These images may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in any media, including but not limited to the organization's website, social media platforms, and printed materials. I understand that my child’s image may be used without any form of compensation, financial or otherwise, and that I waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive payment for the final product or any future use thereof.

By signing this waiver, I release Livingston's Way - Future Wavemakers and all affiliated entities from any and all claims related to the use of my child’s likeness, including claims of invasion of privacy, defamation, or misappropriation of likeness. I also confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the authority to grant this permission on their behalf.
